Hall Terms & Conditions

• All events must close by 7:00 PM.
• Live band and DJ must come with their own generator.
• Each vendor is to pay ₦50,000 caution fee (refundable upon confirmation that no damage was done).
• Ikeja Local Government fee of ₦20,000 must be paid before the event (collected on-site by local government officials).
• Every event must obtain Safety Commission clearance. Events with above 250 guests must pay ₦31,500 to the Lagos State Safety Commission at least 48 hours before the event.
• Decorators are allowed a day before the event to decorate (by 5:00 PM).
• Cooking gas and fireworks are not allowed inside the halls.
• 8 hours limit for hall usage.
• Any damages caused by any vendor will result in the vendor bearing the cost.
